Hmmm... Already off schedule...

Yesterday I was scheduled to get 7 miles in. Fortunately (because I am glad to have the work), work got in the way and my lunchtime run didn't happen. Lee got me to run 4.5 with her in the evening so that the day was not a total bust. I had hoped to have a run today as well and actually get ahead of the curve, but that didn't happen.

No chance for a run tonight, so maybe I'll catch up tomorrow.
