8 days and 40 miles....

One of my goals this year was to get at least 100 miles in each month. I never thought February would be easier than March!

Obviously, if I run 5 miles a day I will be fine. I don't plan on doing that though, so I am going to try and come up with a schedule that keeps my rest/cross training days in play. I have a busy week on tap, so this may or may not be an easy thing to do.

Wednesday 8 Miles
Friday 8 Miles
Sunday 10 Miles
Monday 7 Miles
Total 40 Miles
