Yes, Yoga not yogurt! I started doing Yoga twice a week. It has made a big difference in my running. Not only has my form improved due to increased flexibility and core strength, but I don’t get nagging pains anymore!
Karen is my instructor and she does a great job in learning what her students goals and limitations are. If you are a runner and always seem to tweak something, have nagging pains or want some increase in your core strength then you should check out yoga.
