I'm still here and running....
I'm just running away from home... Hmmmm, that sounds bad. Let me say I have been away from home and running.... :)

Documenting a typical guy that dealt with his midlife crisis by taking up running and losing 80 pounds instead of buying a sports car.... Well, I didn't have the money for the sports car, so I guess it wasn't too hard of a choice...
