I have run the Sunrise before and it was a fun race. I missed the Candlelight last year but did run the Midnight Flight in Anderson for a taste of nighttime racing.
I like the 8K distance in the Sunrise Run. 5 Miles is good workout but short enough to not need any hydration or gels. I would like to run faster than last year, but speed hasn't been my strength in the last month.
